I STRONGLY recommend this auto body shop! I love the staff, everyone is so polite and friendly, and it doesn’t take away from quality service that they provide. I sent in my car and I got a call within that week. Once I received my car it was good as new! And to top it off they organized the inside of my car! I almost cried lol. I was the victim of an overnight hit and run that left my truck in really bad shape. I was in desperate need of love and care for this fix as it was going to require a great deal of time and energy. TNS could not have been more kind and professional in my experience. They were on it from square one and kept me in the loop by phone and text throughout the entirety of the process. I cannot say enough about the kindness of the staff, the professionalism, and timeliness of this place. I'd have to say this is the best experience with any auto job I have ever needed, and I wish I could give 10/5 stars for all they did to nurse my baby back to life. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND !!!

Amazing service and communication. I had body work done on my VW fender door and bumper. It took only 4-5 days. They also took out small door dings from another door that was not part of the accident. I was also able to drop off my rental car at TNS. 5 star service!

Very prompt. Got repairs finished within the time frame they told me. I didn't have to check in with them at all. Was able to drop off the rental car with them as well to make it a one stop shop type of deal! Very convenient. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Loved the office waiting area as well. Very hospitable. Car was fixed perfectly, looked brand new.

Excellent work! You couldn't even tell my car was ever damaged. The workers went the extra mile to fix all other visible scratches that were completely unrelated. They washed, cleaned, and buffed the car too! The staff here is extremely polite and helpful. They called and dealt with the car rental agency for us and were prompt with our questions. Quality, professionalism and courteousness, highly recommended!!

The facility is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Everyone I interacted with was very kind, polite, friendly, and welcoming! I even tried to tip one of the mechanics who stayed late to put in a new battery for my car and he graciously refused to accept my tip. The repair for my auto damage was completed days before the estimated time. It was also convenient to have Enterprise bring my rental to the repair shop and I could drop it off at the repair shop as well.

I am never taking my car to anyone else again. TNS was very thorough in assessing the damage to my car from a side swipe and in explaining to me what the costs associated were. As an authorized GEICO repair shop, everything was handled by the shop and the claims adjuster and I was filled in every step of the way. They even had a rental ready for me on-site. I got my car back earlier than expected and they did an amazing job, especially the color matching since my car is a unique color. God forbid that we are ever in another collision, but if we are, TNS will be our go to repair shop!

Got into a collision with a truck and it absolutely tore the driver side mirror, front bumper and scraped my wheels. I was devastated as I had never gotten into a car accident through all my years of driving. However, everyone in TNS Auto Collision was absolutely fantastic. I want to thank all the mechanics and also Frank for their excellent services. I was able to get my car back in time and it came back as good as new! Frank was very informative, friendly and was constantly keeping me updated with the status of the repairs. Definitely will recommend checking them out for any body repairs!
